Dr. Zita A. Seshie (Ph.D.) is a Sociologist and a health researcher with expertise in Race, Gender, and other Social Determinants of Health. Dr.Seshie's work focuses on race, women’s health, culturally sensitive and appropriate patient/community engagement in health, and advancing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in health systems and services.
Dr. Tapo Chimbganda (Ph.D.) is a consultant who has dedicated her career to exploring the intersections of identity, culture, and mental health in the workplace. Her research focuses on creating reflective and supportive environments, emphasizing the importance of communication and understanding in diverse contexts. As an advocate for marginalized communities, she works towards empowering individuals through education and mental health awareness.
Niyi Olusoga (MBA) is a strategic healthcare leader with extensive experience in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). Niyi was the EDI and Strategy Manager at WellFort Community Health Centre. Niyi also serves on the City of Burlington's Inclusivity Advisory Committee and the Board of Directors of Carpenter Hospice and SOAR Community Services.
